I just spent $150 at the healthfood store to help, Vitamin C, D, Oregano & peppermint essential oils, Echinacea, elderberry, probiotics..
Sure enough, 5 days into it and I’m getting hammered by somthin aweful. Nana caught it, papa caught it. Hopefully Brooke and Rin dodge it…
Brooke says as we’re on our way to Seattle, “Matt (lil bro) has bronchitis & pneumonia.” I replied, “sure we want 2 stay there for 2 weeks?”
Working out on the “Total Gym” tonight at my in-laws’ place… Yes, that is the Chuck Norris Machine! You work with what you got right…
Just finished Christmas shopping. Literally bought every article of baby clothes I could find that said “Daddy” on it. Now to work out!
Long day traveling to Seattle, nice Christmas Vacation for a few weeks :) still getting all my workouts in though :)
Even though I’m still not back to 100% with my cold, gotta get back at it!
I’m not sure what I like more, getting up super early to go to the gym, or waiting till late like tonight…? Anyway, off to the gym…
Still fighting off this cold! I hate being sick! Going to get rest instead of working out again today… I think I’ll be back at it tomorrow
